A pretty clear response with large majority believing the PCEHR is essentially going to struggle or fail over the next year.

Correction - in order to get your message across free of ambiguity - can you please pay more attention to your use of the English language.
What you should have said was .... with large majority believing the PCEHR is essentially going to CONTINUE TO struggle or CONTINUE FAILING over the next year.
