The Minister had best move quickly, you have not seen what's coming and there are great lengths being taken to hide it. Is that not right Minister? There is no shame is stopping a project because it is gone off the rails, there is in allowing it to proceed knowing it is a costly mistake and you have been in the job long enough for this to be your responsibility
The bureaucracy sees no alternative but to dress up its disastrous ehealth failures with concocted good news stories in order to hide the truth from the Minister and entice him into unwittingly embracing the new wad of claims about the wonders of ehealth and the great work of Ms Halton's Department and NeHTA.
Once he falls into that trap he is fully compromised.
His minders know naught about ehealth so they cannot advise him sensibly. Watch in wonder as he gets led to the slaughterhouse.
