Surely an editorial mistake. $13.5 to Oracle for My Hr licenses. Accenture was only extended it operating contract. Was it to be built in a marginal seat?

It is almost certainly CRN misreading Austender data.
There are two entries for My Health Record and Accenture. They both refer to Accenture's ongoing support for the "National Infrastructure Services for the My Health Record System" and which started on 27-Jun-12
The first will complete on 30-Jun-20 and is reported as $529,557,294.00
The second will complete on 30-Jun-21 and is reported as $571,849,227.19.
What CRN has got wrong is that these numbers are a running total. They appear to have included a few other items as they actually report $1,368,159,044.13
The reality is that Accenture has had its myhr contract extended for a year at a cost of $42,291,933.19
We knew all about that and it has nothing to do with replatforming.
That is $42 Million to operate, $13 Million in oracle licensing, so $55 million a year to operate and licence a system that has less the 5% utilisation??? And the excludes the cost to administer these contracts.
