Twitter is way better already. The toxic bots are mostly gone, ads are relevant, tweets are not suppressed and free speech (in accordance with law) is able to occur. Main stream media don't like it and so attack the move.
Removing bloat from software and organisations is the way to make them function effectively. Elon Musk does this better than anyone.
Health and health informatics really really needs this same treatment, so users can use health software efficiently and realise the benefits to be had. Health has extraordinary numbers of rent seekers that siphon off resources without any useful productive output. Removal of this rent seeking would greatly improve health, as it is doing for twitter.
