Very interesting result - I would love to know why there is so little confidence in the oversight agencies.
Feel free to post a comment PLEASE on why the scepticism.
Again, many thanks to those that voted!

Well its like employing an experienced health IT person to provide oversight into a nuclear reactor operation guide. I would not have a clue if they were doing the right thing or not. You need years of experience and deep knowledge, and probably a few old bumps and bruises to know if something is going to fly or not.
Thats part of the issue, they employ bankers to oversee health IT and expect a safe, solid result??? What happened to experienced people ascending the ladder? The concept of generic management is flawed and Nehta has slick PR and can convince anyone who doesn't have deep knowledge that they are doing a great job!!!
What happened to experienced people ascending the ladder?
and .... The experienced people who ascended the ladder before those now ascending?
I'm trying to understand what answer on this survey would have indicated that people thought the Senate Enquiry was OK the way it was.
Not necessarily saying that it was, but your interpretation seems to be that whatever the answer was, it must mean a lack of confidence.
Umm, people experienced in the field of interest, rather than say.. banking
Answer 1 seems to be the best for that view. But I am surprised people thought extra information might not help. My problem I guess. Thanks
David.
