Very interesting! A good majority seem to not be convinced the work will make a difference.

    This result most likely reflects a belief that the same people would be involved.

    The people responsible must be changed first.

    This result likely reflects the belief that the same people would be involved.

    Those people need to be removed first before the e-health horizon can begin to look better.
