This blog is totally independent, unpaid and has only three major objectives.
The first is to inform readers of news and happenings in the e-Health domain, both here in Australia and world-wide.
The second is to provide commentary on e-Health in Australia and to foster improvement where I can.
The third is to encourage discussion of the matters raised in the blog so hopefully readers can get a balanced view of what is really happening and what successes are being achieved.
Quote Of The Year
Timeless Quotes - Sadly The Late Paul Shetler - "Its not Your Health Record it's a Government Record Of Your Health Information"
or
H. L. Mencken - "For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong."

Good oh --- but what does it really mean? What re the ramifications of this? How does it affect the overall strategy and product outcomes?
Plenty of reassuring words - so should I now be reassured?
The issue is with the international standard and depends on how it is implemented, from reading the statement from NEHTA and also from Grahame Greive's blog it would appear that these vulnerabilities are not in the PCEHR.
