NEHTA and DoH Break Cover Re CDA Security Issues In EHRs and The PCEHR..
The issue is with the international standard and depends on how it is implemented, from reading the statement from NEHTA and also from Grahame Greive's blog it would appear that these vulnerabilities are not in the PCEHR.
