The problem lies with the public servants, not the Government per se. Our well paid bureaucrats have not been held accountable for any of the disasters they have presided over. Whilst Nicola Roxon was the genius that approved the PCEHR program, it is the public servants within DOHA and NEHTA that have managed it. You can see via the Senate Committee inquiries, the way the program outcomes have been spin doctored to evade the real truth. The way in which taxpayer dollars are wasted by these bureaucrats is sickening.
