Seems there is not a huge amount of expectation for change!

Hi David just to clarify the latest poll. Is it asking that we agree that the ADHA is planning to do it or if we agree they should be doing it?

I intended the question as meaning "should they be planning to make having a record compulsory?".

I hope that is clear.
