AusHealthIT Poll Number 333 – Results – 28th August, 2016.

Here are the results of the poll.

Should myHR Registrees Be Notified (e.g. By E-Mail) When Material Of Any Kind Is Uploaded To Their myHR?

Yes 99% (107)

No 1% (1)

I Have No Idea 0% (0)

Total votes: 108

What amazing unanimity…. seems people think you should be told if your record is changed by anyone! The clearest poll ever I reckon...

A great turnout of votes.

Again, many, many thanks to all those that voted!

David.

Shared health summary 267,345

Does that mean that 267,345 people have a shared health summary? Or that since July 2012, that 267,345 shared health summaries have been uploaded?

There is a big difference. The government says that a shared health summary cannot be edited. This means that any correction or update will result in a new shared health summary being uploaded.

If that 267,345 is the number of people with a shared health summary, then that’s about 1.1% of the Australian population (of 24million), which is pretty pathetic after 4 odd years.

However, if the average shared health summary has been updated once, that means only 133,673 i.e. 0.55% Australians have a shared health record - a miserable return on $2billion and counting.
