It seems that most readers do not see much in the way of positive improvement with the ADHA under the new CEO. The results suggest she needs to do better with over half seeing things as worsening!

I went for improving simply because it could not have got an worse. After those years of the culture camps under Kelsey and that oppressive out-depth general manager in charge of HR and IT. You may recall the Christmas episode and the email that leaked. Thankfully the General Manager and the Wannabe CIO/IT manager got their marching orders. Bettina did a bit but was never going to advance the national agenda, was too big and openly admitted it by advocating less and smaller.
