It seems that virtually no one thinks the extra budget funding is a good idea

Clearly the voice of the three is being amplified and the voice of the many ignored. For years we have been teased, no conned, in an assumption that investment would be made in architecting a modernisation of the platform? The longer they leave it the harder it will be.

Be interesting to understand what the see as the asset?
