The government in this context should not introduce technology solutions such as the MyHR.
ReplyDelete1. It distracts them for what only they can successfully do - legislation and drive change through policy and funding
2. Fund the development, profiling and adoption of standards at various layers in the stack
3. Protect our privacy and ensure the sovereignty of data Provence.
By operating, marketing and simply having a huge sole investment in something like the MyHR it cannot serve the market as a whole, and is to bias to set good policy, support standards development, mandate certain conformance and compliance requirements or have an legitimate conversation about interoperability. It all raids must make MyHR a success no matter the cost - meanwhile large data hungry multinational corporations are buying up digital health providers.
Better we get clinical communications sorted and let consumer overlay what ever compliance personal health app they choice.
