It will depend on where you look, broadly at a national level - expecting another Strategy of hope based on more Columbus uploads from the far corners of healthcare, at a state level mostly a year of major maintenance and prep works. At a localised level I think we will see technology making a difference through robotics and ever more impressive imagery and research breakthroughs.

If we remove ADHA from the equation digital technologies in healthcare should see some useful advancements. ADHA deals with records management not digital health or health information management- just plain old records like the ones government is use to and politicians love to hide and avoid creating.
