Well that was pretty clear. The Board and the ADHA need to lift their game. There is no doubt that this secrecy is leading to distrust of the Agency and its CEO and senior staff. They are all complicit – and are another small brick in the rising wall of distrust between Government and its citizens.
Any insights on the poll welcome as a comment, as usual.

When you have a COO that cares little beyond her own self and could not organise a knees up in a brewery you get this situation. And you see only the tip of the iceberg.
The amazing thing is that 3 people think its OK to flaunt commonwealth public service rules. If they are representative of ADHA staff, then the ones with ethics and morals need to look after their own self interest. When the whole house of cards comes tumbling down, getting a new job with ADHA on the CV will get harder.
