Seems a pretty good majority do not think the planned opt-out trials are a practical idea.

Like previous Departmental eHealth proposals they all seemed like good ideas on first blush until reality settled in and deep thought revealed the extent of the underlying faulty premises upon which they were conceived. Excuse me for reminding everyone but - remember the First and Second Wave Sites, Tiger Teams. Hot air balloons descend quickly then crash when the gas tanks are empty.

Other Answer Not Covered Above - in other words they are just gasping for oxygen hoping the problem will somehow go way. However, until the Minister takes charge and independently seeks some competent, objective, alternative advice from those who have not been tainted by the corrupted processes that have been in train for so many years nothing beneficial will happen. The Minister knows that is so but is she able to take a stance in her own right?
