Interesting that IT-14 gets so many votes? Not sure there is any activity there at all.
I read IT014 to be Standards Australia as the governing SDO and in reality it was the only independent functioning SDO on this list. I think from a Government investment perspective they are best option, there is always HIE which was not listed.
For HL7 products Australia might be better servered as a country specific working group and be subject to HL7 international oversight.
