I am frustrated that my Medical software cannot do eScripts, nor ePathology ordering, especially in this time of Coronavirus, and to see that 2 to 3 out of the major 4 can, is a concern. The software developers should prioritise these in this Pandemic time, as well as online payment portals.
To achieve that you need compliant message creation/terminology with both senders and receivers, then you can start work, but we have gone nowhere on compliance in last 20 years so no progress....

Some might find that hard to believe. Politicians and their bureaucrats certainly find it hard to believe because they know that billions of dollars have been spent and there some progress must have been made.
Those of us who have deep knowledge of the healthICT space know that what A drew says is true. 20 years going no-where !!!!
