Sadly some will interpret this as simply a case that they need to build on the 1, to secure the two and using that demonstrate to the 62 that is is valuable tools that are an essential enabler for an economical and efficient healthcare system. However, efficiency will not reduce your tax bill, lessen the ever-increasing cost and reliance on private healthcare. More importantly it will not make you a more informed patient or improve the wellbeing of our healthcare workers.
