Here are the results of the poll.

Overall, Are You Expecting 2023 To Be An Improved Year For Digital Health Delivery In Australia?

Yes                                                                                            14 (34%)

No                                                                                             27 (66%)

A clear outcome suggesting there is not a lot of optimism around at present.

Any insights on the poll are welcome, as a comment, as usual!

A good number of votes. and a pretty clear outcome.

0 of 41 who answered the poll admitted to not being sure about the answer to the question!

Again, many, many thanks to all those who voted!

Well ADHA hasn't done much to improve healthcare so far. In fact what can they actually do to fix problems like this:

Productivity Commission Report reveals Australians delaying vital health care because of cost

Australia's healthcare system has received a grim diagnosis. Can the government come up with a cure?

As the second article says:

"Not much has changed in 15 years

Recent history suggests securing lasting reform won't be easy.

In 2008, then prime minister Kevin Rudd identified the problems he saw in the system: "Blame shift, ageing population, the explosion in chronic diseases, not to mention, long-term workforce planning."

It's a strikingly familiar list. Fifteen years on, these are the very problems Butler is trying to tackle.

Back then, Rudd promised to "fix" the system. He threatened a Commonwealth takeover of all 750 public hospitals if the states refused to play ball. That never happened."

That 15 years pretty much overlaps the conception, birth and life of MyHR.

How to solve the wrong problem, badly.

Just remember, the people responsible for a mega-failure, are not the ones who can fix it.
