I separated what I see as the actual use of LLM technologies and what is out there being claimed - from the second coming to the, we are a doomed species, and the terminator is real. David, there is, as is expected, a lot of noise, positioning and conspiracy theories. It holds massive potential, but so did EMR and EHR at scale.
Another year or so and what can be trusted will emerge as valuable tools in healthcare, I am sure.
Or maybe I misinterpreted the question; I am only human, after all.
