Holidays maybe?
It was a Friday - my guess is she is simply on holiday. I expect she will stand down in the new financial year - sept will mark four years - a funding cycle in government. The strategy usually falls apart between years 4-5, so it allows for a new team and new strategy - oddly, that is the same as the previous, just a change of FinIT and a few new buzzwords picked up at the tech health conferences
