I Hope NEHTA Has Not Branched Out Into Sculpture!

This link to an image from a January Brisbane 2013 collection popped up earlier.

We can only assume it is another tenant of the NEHTA building who installed this - or can we?

The sculptures were erected by the owner of the building, in which NEHTA is one of the tenants.
