This is a pretty clear and enthusiastic outcome. Seems most who read here don’t think DoH and NEHTA are across the safety issues around Health IT.

Sadly the real issue is are there those who do understand but cover this up to protect their own selfish drivers in life. These people are easy to spot over time, they tend to create a mirad of diversionary tatics but never deliver anything of substance and tend to have a 'Minnie me' in tow.
The use of anthropomorphicism could best be used to demonstrate to the public, the workings of DoHA - NEHTA - ACCENTURE. Perhaps Walt Disney could provide Daffy and Donald Duck to play the main characters with Goofy being the lead buearocrate
