Just noticed this:
Australian Digital Health Agency Board
A new Australian Digital Health Agency Board was announced on 3 April 2019. This page will be updated on 20 April 2019 at the commencement of the new Board’s term.

So while announcing a new Board they confess the old one were a stunningly secretive lot.
Not a peep of Board communication in 8 months.
All the members of the old Board should have left - not just a few!
David.

This on top of the way FOI are handled (or not), high staff turn over, poor maintain e of system issues, crap communications ... the list goes on. Get the feeling the ADHA operations are devoid of leadership?
MSIA Members must be rubbing their hands with glee. Dear Emma's highest priority has to be to speak for and on behalf of all the MSIA's members and to act on their behalf as CEO of the MSIA which presumably is relatively well remunerated position. As an ADHA Board Member, which is also quite well remunerated, she must register that she has a conflict of interest at every Board Meeting and abstain from voting on most occasions.
She has put herself, wittingly or unwittingly, in an invidious position.
@3:04 PM In the interests of good governance she should remove herself from the ADHA Board in order to properly and fairly represent all MSIA members.
