Realising that interoperability is easier said than done and implementation of policy and strategy extend Beyound .pptx Xian’s fancy clip art figures will not be cheap. I wonder how much is going to all these sister organisations that replaced NEHTA is an effort to simplify governance and accountability in a transparent manner.
