The international Digital Partnership is an interesting initiative!, surely it would be cheaper just to let Tim and co simply go to The data festival in the states than outlay all that effort and cost to furnish such a charade. They need to concentrate on the basics, why is it PulseIT has all the details of a website tender but it is not on the ADHA tenders page? Perhaps they need to sort their operations and communications out before they attempt the international stage.
There are interesting insights, I left wondering if the world has moved on and the poor ADHA is so far behind the game they will be lucky to catch-up let alone take a leadership role. Government EHealth imitative s sadly we’re left in the hands of DoH for too long.
Anon 5 October 2017 10:42 PM. The ADHA infomercial in PulseIT simply supports your observations. There is one quote that really spoke volumes on the ADHA attitude and it’s real danger to health. Those with differing views and contributions need not apply. There take of a ‘few’ is as misguided as there take on secure messaging and other subjects.

Who would know either way, other than random statements about secure messaging there is scant information on what is going on to implement a point to point transport technology, there is more to interoperability than a collection of independent intergration points at some point they'll have to think beyond messages and look at the interoperability of healthcare services message acknowledgement is just the start of their problems when it comes to agreeing to semantics and behaviour
What’s misguided on their take on secure messaging? If the EHealth was simply about secure messaging then to some extent it is a step in the right direction, but eHealth is bigger than that and needs a more holistic view. The ADHA on the surface is going wide but not deep into their pursuit of something.
I wonder if they even understand what Anon October 2017 9:10 AM is hinting at.
