Have to admit I was surprised at the result. If you seperate the Digital Health Agency from actual Digital or Health IT I find it hard to argue there has been progress. Is it the same as in other industries? No it is different in the same way as industries are quite different.
If the question was regarding the ADHA and it’s efforts, well that is another and very disappointing storey IMHO.
