There is another interpretation of the voting. People might believe that "Nurses Learning About, Adopting And Using Digital Health" is a waste of time and effort and that spending more on it is throwing good money after bad. i.e. enough is enough - now do something that's actually useful.
Depends what is meant by digital health - ADHA sees it as an information management agenda. ADHA idea of information systems is TRIM.
For me it’s about communications and understanding data in the form of codes and how to cut down and through the noise generated by nurse communication tools and how that along with knowledge and information help the patient and frees up time to spend with patients.

Which means it's pretty useless. Nurses shouldn't be doing admin tastsk

Do you really think Nurses want to be trained (and have the time) to do all that stuff, on top of treating patients as people?
Yet another simple but wrong solution to a complex problem.
Go to any ward in a modern hospital and you will observe what 11:16am is talking about.
There are several separate questions/definitions that are confused & incorrectly used interchangeably:
1) What is digital health?
2) What are the problems to be reduced/solved with digital technology & the desired outcomes for "best implementations"?
3) Give examples of hardware & software implementations of digital health?
4) Give examples of where & when it's used & by who?
5) How to develop, test & implement changes?
Every time someone answers the question "What is digital health?" they give answers to many of these other questions (2 to 5) & give examples without realising what they are doing. These form a sequence from generic to specific. Examples fit together in a larger system including things outside of computers, like us.
