84 % it seems are not sure she ‘gets it’!
It seems there is a deep scepticism among readers that Ms Roxon has her head around e-Health in any useful way. Maybe that is part of the reason why we are having such difficulties.
Someone needs to provide her with a decent E-Health 101!

The fact of the matter is - she is a politician. She listens and responds to her bureaucrats. He bureaucrats have failed dismally on ehealth issues for 8 years or more. The only consistent factor in terms of leadership policy and opinion in all that time has been the Departmental Secretary upon whom the Minister relies for advice.
