Pretty clear cut outcome – The previous strategy was left
pretty unfinished with over ½ saying it failed. Before they start a new effort, how about publishing an honest review and evaluation of the last effort?

A retrospect on the strategy past would be an excellent start. They have started some aspects which, in reality, we’re carried through from the original eHealth strategy, rephrased and presented in an updated form. I would suggest the same as this one. ADHA cannot use a national system to call out specific technologies or vendors. The government will not want to be seen as picking winners
