The government will lead this rightly or wrongly, and we also know they cannot stay in policy where they belong, which rightfully is no one else comfort zone or authority. That leaves a few questions for the community - how can we assist in making this a success?, what oversight should extend to a body not made up of lobbyist, government or industry but comprised of general citizens? how can we limit the damage and expense that Is likely to occur?
