AusHealthIT Poll Number 628 – Results – 24th April, 2022.

Here are the results of the poll.

Is The Australian Medical Association Revealing Its Lack Of Digital Health Insight By Backing Increased Adoption And Use Of The #myHealthRecord In Its Digital Health Policy?

Yes                         54 (90%)

No                          6 (10%)

I Have No Idea       0 (0%)

Voters: 60

It seems the feeling is that the AMA is pretty clueless!

Any insights on the poll are welcome, as a comment, as usual!

A good number of votes. and a very unclear outcome.

01 of 60 who answered the poll admitted to not being sure about the answer to the question!

Again, many, many thanks to all those who voted!

David.

Like the MHR statistical numbers published by ADHA this statement by AMA is meaningless. Just the annual press release all organisations make - don’t bite the hand that feeds you. Won’t not surprise me if the AMA has a Bot generating these.

No one in authority has the courage to terminate this appalling, wasteful, decade-long, IT fiasoo.

To make this no-so-hard decision requires strong, intelligent, competent leadership.

It all started when the Health Department Secretary gave the thumbs up to the concept of a My Health Record. Therefore the buck stops with the Health Department Secretary. Is he capable of biting the bullet?

The My Health Record misinformation approach seems to have a lot in common with that of the Kremlin. Just deny reality and insist on your own fake-reality.

I think the last two comments seem to refer more to Jeremy Knibbs' article and not your survey question.
