Overall it seems most expect little significant change. So we are in for disappointment again?

My vote did not reflect my preference. Simply the reality. I can find no compelling reason for a government operated My Human Resource system. Cast against the modern technology landscape it seems ill fitting and lack primary purpose. It does not complement of make more efficient clinical workflows. It does little to add value for a consumer, in fact it may actually result in people being even more distant from their health and well-being as they may believe the MyHR is taking care of everything for them.

It is a distraction but technology and healthcare are heading in a different direction and the MyHR eventually will be unable to constrict change.
